Our stay at the Dallas Fairmont was exceptional! The property was spotless, and the customer service truly went above and beyond. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and eager to assist. Highly recommend!

The place itself was nice. The area not so much. Most importantly I blame Expedia because you had this designated as a Downtown hotel- this was not downtown. It was a mile or so from downtown and the walk there was through a rough neighborhood.
