「Our Property Manager, Angela made the process so simple. She met us at the property to show us around the house and was very helpful & friendly. The house has everything you need for a family with kids plus more. From board games to outdoor games & even Netflix. 「A classic bach with everything you need for a family holiday: a cosy fire, movies, books and close to Wanaka activities.」

「Warm (mega heat pump), safe and convenient - with retro brown vinyl and amber textured glass for a big dose of kiwi nostalgia! Sunny outdoor deck with a BBQ, and lots of room to run around. The washing machine overflowed which was attended to promptly by the friendly property manager. Incredible panoramic views of Lake Wanaka and surrounding maunga. Walk over the road and there’s the path around the lake. An easy stroll into Wanaka town too.」

「Great property more than we expected. Very well equiped and loved the many heating options, especially out door fire place. Plenty of space and superb location close to shops lake wineries and eat access to ski fields.」

「Driveway was very steep and my elderly mother slipped on her way down after it rained and ended up getting stitches to her head, 2 black eyes and bruising to her ribs and shoulder. I think that you should mention this in the description so people would know that access isn’t easy.」

「We arrived to a clean house and were presently surprised on arrival to find the heat pump was already on , which meant it wasn’t long before we felt at home in a comfortable, well provided house . The layout was great for our family and games , puzzles etc kept the kids entertained for the day of rain and drizzle . We would use this place again and found it easy to operate for drying ski gear at night , using the garage to off load our wet clothes during the day and drying them around the fire...

「We stayed in the house for two nights. It’s clean, however the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all! It’s very inconvenient. We contacted the service team several times but still not work. No hot water for the first day. No hair dryer.」

"森の中に隠れるような、13室の小規模なロッジですが、非常に快適にくつろぐことができました。スタッフの配慮が隅々まで行き届いています。ワナカ湖畔やワナカ中心部まで歩いて3～4分で、レストランやショッピングにも極めて便利。この宿に泊まることができたのはとても幸運でした！"

"まず、チェックイン時の不安を質問したが、返信が無く大変困惑した。部屋の中で、修理が必要の所は、直ぐに対応、直してくれて、助かったが、そもそも、直しておけ、というもの。設備で、訂正が必要なのがあります。それは、洗濯機。なんと、昼の2時までしか使えず、結局「無い」に等しいので、掲示から削除すべき。治安がよい所なのに、なぜ、外付けしないのか。少なくとも、宿泊客が常時入れる所に設置すべき。また、シャワーの水圧の高過ぎるのにも、大いに悩みました。慣れない時、終盤で、お湯が水になり、風邪を引きそうになった。"
