Must be 25 yrs old to book. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.
Outdoor cameras located front and side of property. Devices record 24/7 for security purposes and can be used to check occupancy, rule breaks and “quiet hours” compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds.)
