You have officially discovered the ultimate desert oasis house. Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Quiet street, beautiful mountain/desert views all around, you will truly be one with nature in this backyard. Inside you have a stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for all (even a recliner loveseat), attached sunroom off the master bedroom with a seating area, an indoor/outdoor seating area off the kitchen, a large garage & a driveway for the boat

LIVING SPACE:
>Kitchen - full equipped, spacious, breakfast nook with 6 person dinning table (special items include crockpot, vegetable steamer, instant hot water faucet, keurig and drip coffee maker)
>Living Room - TV: Netflix, Roku, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and internet included. Couch and loveseat
>Full Bathroom - bath tub/shower, toilet, sink
>Laundry - washer and dryer. We provide laundry supplies

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Quiet street - backyard backs up to the desert - great spot for those that want to take their UTV on the dirt paths, Bikes, or hike!

Car or Uber is best, be safe!

Quiet with mountains at your back.

Perfect for what we wanted. It was on a very quiet street with no one behind us. Morning/evening walks out the back door and onto the desert. We enjoyed the enclosed porch. The house was the perfect size.

Dog friendly, beautiful private property overlooking breathtaking mountains, hills and bright stars. Lovely hiking, quiet neighborhood and comfortable interior with thoughtful amenities, just minutes from the famous London Bridge, dining, boating and other tourist attractions.

House has great views with no neighbors behind you. Kay was very responsive (replied back in less than 5 minutes). House was well stocked for our 2+ week visit.

Quiet Home

The property is older and is very basic. The two larger beds are comfortable, the smaller kid beds are not. The area is very quiet which is nice. The home does not get very cold on hot days. The home is not surrounded by construction, which is nice. There was no option to try to get in a little bit early, there was an automated email sent stating not to arrive earlier than 4PM, which is tough when trying to avoid traffic and arriving to Havasu early. The communication was good, the internet was spotty, could not get work done because I needed to be logged into the internet.

Clean, roomy and quiet!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was just as listed. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! Everything was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Great spot

Just a few minutes out of town which we like. Back yard is literally the mountains so easy access to trails and some nice walking. Older house but very clean. Only thing we didnt like was master shower. Its setup for handicap, which is great, but we found it to be very small for standing and showering. but I wouldn't say it effects a stay...needed to stay a couple extra hours as we were there for a tournament and they changed our schedule to early morning and didnt have time to get out before hand, message was replied fairly quickly and allowed us the extra time. We would definitely use this house again for a nice trip into Lake Havasu!! Thanks!!!

Home away from home

I needed a place to stay for a month while my house was being repaired. The driveway was a bit of a challenge because my car is little and has a very low ground clearance. However, the house was perfect! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything I wanted to do. Looking out the back into the desert and mountains is peaceful. The house is set up with everything I needed to make my month long stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was great; easy to communicate with and responds quickly. If I need a place to stay in Havasu again, this would be first on my list.
