"We love the view from the hotel, and you can't have a better location. The staff is very nice and helpful. There was no restaurant but it is supposed to open in June. Some of the rooms seem to be in need of an upgrade. My mattress was lumpy and the heat/air unit was noisy."

"I had a good stay overall this weekend. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself was nice and well-kept. The only downside was the noise—both at night and early in the morning there was a lot of stomping and loud activity from other guests, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, a positive experience, but the noise level could definitely be improved"

"We loved it! Very clean and excellent location right on Lake Geneva in the midst of the busy area. Great balcony for people watching. Being above a bistro didn't bother us, we knew before booking that was the situation. We would totally stay here again! We missed having Kleenex but that's my fault for not checking to see if that was provided. Our only issue was nothing the owners could control, the neighboring restaurant (Oakfire) kept their indoor lights on all night, even after closing, which lit up the balcony area."

"This house and location were the perfect spot to host a bachelorette party! It had plenty of space and was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed having the upper and lower parts of the house to have space for everyone to get ready, play games and hang out together. The backyard was the perfect spot to lounge as well. Downtown, the beach, and most places you would want to go are all within a short walking distance from this great home. Would highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. "

"We stayed in the Garden sweet for the weekend. Place was very clean, and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the lake. The only downside was it took forever for the water to warm up and the shower water pressure was not great. Fine if you don't have a lot of hair but I do. Not a huge deal but I like a dark bedroom to sleep in and they had sheer curtains and there was a street light that would shine through at night. All and all a lovely place to stay."

"Everything was very clean and very well stocked. We have stayed here before and it’s so close to the Lake Geneva business district and restaurants- very convenient. Host very quickly resolved a minor issue. Highly recommend."
