Booked a 2 room suite for an hefty price… specifically to have 2ROOMS.. and they gave my room to someone else. They made us take 2 rooms on separate floors but only after we had to use the room they gave us for a night which entailed sharing a bed.. totally not ok! And it ruined the vibe.
Totally unacceptable to do this when I booked so far in advance.
No excuses- this is wrong. They tried to make it right but it was a total pain for one of us to have to switch rooms after one night. How awkward. Talk about being stressed on vacation..;(
Booked a massage and it was pretty bad as well. Otherwise the property is gorgeous except the pool that was just OK.
