I enjoyed being at this Hilton property however when I came into my room, I was very thirsty and looking for any records of courtesies that would be there available for me as a Hilton member. They were bottles of water in the room, but their only thing that shouted out to me from the water was that it was three dollars a bottle. It wasn’t until the next day that actually read what it said, and it said free to the occupants in the room. I feel that it should’ve been more welcoming in terms of as a gift to you as an occupant instead of shutting you away from it initially because the water was three dollars a bottle to non guests. In my opinion, that was not a promotion it was a deterrent and not necessary.

I always have a great time here!! It’s our local city get away for the kids!! They love the pools and spend all day in them!!

Room very clean, staff super friendly and informative gave me an extra drink voucher for my birthday. Elevators really fast and plentiful
