Conveniently located right at Julian, walkable to shops+restaurants downtown. The uphill street area right behind the hotel is a good place to see stars in the sky at night. Close drive to Anza Borrego State Park and Lake Cuyamaca. Heater worked well. Front desk staff were so nice and helpful"

"Quiet serene area. The lodge is cute & the common kitchen has everything you’d need. The views were amazing & star gazing was awesome. Beds were okay. Location is not far from Julian, which is a plus!"

"Very cool campground, everything on property is rustic old western and built very well. Bathrooms were very clean and campsites are large and well maintained. Will definitely be coming back and spending more time there as the area has alot of recreational activities available."

"We had an outstanding stay at Viejas Casino and Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member said hello and was friendly, and attentive. They really made us feel welcome! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food was great with really large portions. The 9:00 fireworks display was a highlight! We had such a great time We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
