It is equipped with 1 king size bed in the master, 2 full size beds, 2 twin size beds and 1 bunk bed. It also offers plenty of parking and a stargazing pond view!
Just 15 minutes from Downtown Lake Charles and 20 minutes from Golden Nugget and L'auberge Casinos!
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house - $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* PETS - $100 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Pets allowed: Dogs and/or cats. No bigger than 20 pounds.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.

Family Wedding
Went to town for a family wedding and shared the house with my brother and his family. Perfect set up for all of us. Nice house with comfortable beds. This is the house we will use for future visits with our family.

Excellent Stay
We were in Lake Charles for a week to attend a funeral. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay as seamless as possible.
Will definitely stay here again as most of our family live in Iowa.
