Lake Boondooma

This hotel was very tired in the rooms and didnt seem very clean. I was glad I was only there for 1 night. However the staff were very helpful and friendly

I was really underwhelmed with the Dorsett. We booked an Executive Lounge Room and were really disappointed to get a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the shopping centre Carpark. The cleaners on different days, didn’t leave bathmats, face cloths. Rubbish bins that were full on one day wasn’t emptied, no amenities - milk, teabags on one occasion. Netting curtains unhemmed and dragging the ground. The Executive Lounge was nice, and the staff were lovely up there, especially Rashmi. Overall - for what should have been a 5 star stay, this was just an average hotel stay. Nothing special at all sorry.

Newly painted and furnished, this property exceeded expectations. So roomy and lovely and the property manager was very helpful too.
