The food was average for a half board (hit and miss depending on the cook), and there is no place for lunch (have to go into the village). And will only sell drinks for dinner (no tap water provided) However, the hotel has succeeded in having the absolute worst cup of coffee in the world for the breakfast. It puts K-cups to shame. "Room was nice, staff were really friendly and there are plenty of facilties. The shower was cold and the heating didnt work so we asked the reception staff and they immediately corrected it. Breakfast was great and a nice selection."

"I book superior mountain view room, my view was a factory that was open and noisy 24 hours a day. The view of two large chimney of misty, white smoke was " the mountain view". The four nights i stayed they come to clean the room one time only, not bothering to replace the towels. The hotel does notvhave the pool. It is connecting to nearby aqua park, which is used by a lot of school kids "

"It was a decent hotel and met the needs: free parking and close to Bled by car. Breakfast was a bit bland however there are 3 groceries stores less than 5 minutes away. "

"Enjoyed 6 nights at the hotel. The hotel looks a bit tired from the outside and also the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but the room and bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok - not much variety so tended to eat the same each morning but it filled you up for the day. Spa / Swimming pool was good and the staff were friendly and polite.
