「スタッフは女性とお婆さんの2人、日勤で夜は不在。にこやかで対応も迅速。事前のメールも丁重。5泊したが、シーツの取り換えは無、バスタオルは取り換え有。シャワーは湯温が一定しない。排水栓裏のヌメリ・浴室隅のカビ等、清掃は細部において不潔。 最終日夜遅く、ドタドタ荒らしまくるような物音がして何事かと思った。翌朝は朝食の用意がなく、スタッフも出勤せず。理由は不明。 出発時間になり、鍵は部屋の中に入れ、ドアを閉めcheckoutの旨メモを残したが、返信はなかった。最初の好印象は一気に消滅した。」
