This spacious and very clean home is a short drive to the main beach and pool. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 living rooms. This unique A-frame home features a large wrap-around deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and a brand-new gas grill for barbecuing. The home is surrounded by two empty but treed lots for additional privacy.

You will love the warm and inviting living room on the main level, which has access to the outdoor deck. A perfect place to catch the sunrise! Also on this level are the primary bedroom and a full bathroom with a sauna room!
The fully finished lower level is perfect for family fun. It is complete with a foosball table, Roku TV, DVD player, movies, books, and plenty of board games! There are two additional bedrooms on the lower level and another full bath.
Please note that the house maintains a nice cool temperature during the summer months. There are fans throughout the house and a window AC in the primary bedroom if needed.
This unique rental home has sleeping accommodations for up to nine guests.
