Good value hotel in great location in Bangkok

We had an unpleasant experience checking in, I booked a pet friendly room at Long Beach Garden Hotel and Spa. When we arrived at Long Beach Garden Hotel and Spa, the bell man immediately ran to my grab driver and told her it’s the wrong location. She then drove us to Long Beach Pavilion a block away, apparently it’s the same company but dog friendly. It’s not what I booked, wished they would separate the pictures so people know what they booked. Luckly I was only there for 2 nights.

The reception staff was excellent. I'll definitely be using your services again. People who are not gym menbers or hotel guests are using the gym. They come in when entranceis left open or when someone else opens the door.
