"The home is highly designed. Views are beautiful. Rooms are spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was fantastic. Two pair of macaws came by each afternoon. The caretaker is very accessible, thoughtful and helpful. For awareness, the a/c is only in the upstairs bedrooms. There are plenty of windows to open for a cross breeze in the common areas. The pool and pool deck are shaded by early afternoon. Some will love this to minimize sun exposure; it also keeps the pool water a bit cool. Overall we had the home and hope to return. "

"This stay did not take place because the reservation did not exist. Upon arrival, I discovered that no room was available and that the booking was not recognized by the property. The host never responded to my messages through the VRBO app.When I spoke with the person on site, I was informed that there was no reservation under my name and that the property was fully booked. As a result, I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute on New Year’s Eve, which was extremely difficult and caused significant stress and additional expenses.This was a very disappointing experience and a serious failure in the booking process, with a major negative impact on my trip."
