Cabuya CR Beautiful Beach Front with Central AC

"Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in dem wunderschön gelegenen Haus. Besonders die obere Etage war geräumig und hat nach Sonnenuntergang zum verweilen eingeladen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles wasan braucht. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist sehr felsig, vorallem bei Ebbe, daher empfiehlt es sich Wasserschuhe dabei zu haben. Wir würden das Haus in jedem Fall wieder buchen."
Breathtaking Ocean & Rainforest Valley View

"My family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) just spent a week at Dave’s home in Montezuma. Dave is a great host & is very responsive. The home was clean upon our arrival and the view, is fantastic. If you spend much time at the house you will see alllll kinds of wildlife- Howler monkeys, agouti, coati, squirrels, iguanas, and yes, an occasional harmless snake eating lizards on the deck!! The house is meant for those who like a little adventure- the road to get to Dave’s is pure Costa Rica. I would recommend arriving during the day as you need to navigate by landmarks. We were not so wise & it took us a bit- Dave’s videos are crucial, but one important addition- there is a very small metal bridge that goes over a ravine. Our car BARELY fit with only an inch or two to spare on either side- when we got to the bridge we turned around because we were not sure it was meant for vehicles, but it is!!!! Just keep going!! The other thing I would mention is that there is a short, not too difficult, climb up to the home & then a very narrow spiral wooden staircase to access 2nd floor (in case of mobility issues)Finally, the house is not fully enclosed- there are portions that are screened in- a wall downstairs & where the walls & roof connect- & there are some gaps which means that there are a lot of bugs & lizards. Every morning I swept up piles of bugs and lizard poo- including from kitchen table & our clothes. A jungle experience "
Costa Rica dream: ocean view, infinity pool, surrounded by nature

"JB was great with local recommendations and responded immediately to our questions. We planned a laid-back escape and loved the house and surrounding area. The house had everything we needed, was gorgeous, as pictured and was close to the areas we wanted to explore while still feeling like we were far from people. It was fun to drive into Santa Teresa and we were glad we didnt base there. Our location ended up being the perfect spot for relaxation while having amenities and restaurants nearby. Great bird watching, heard howler monkeys every morning and the pool was always clean and refreshing after a day exploring.Insects were a non-issue in the house and that was a concern of mine when booking. Id definitely recommend this stay for couples or a group of friends who want to be immersed in nature while relatively close to amenities."

"This a was true 5 star 4 week vacation. My hosts, Peter and Rocio became our friends are the finest people you will be your pleasure to meet. The property has the finest Mountain View of the Pacific Ocean. The sunrises are postcard perfect. Schools of fish can be seen from the vast view from the detached veranda. I observed whales on several occasions breaching the water. The lush tropical forest is full of howler monkeys, koati, iguana, lizards, and white faced monkeys. The Boho Cottage is perfect for a couple. The full kitchen and loft for sleeping made it truly a home away from home. The caretaker Santiago is a hard working and friendly man that I had a friendship with despite a language barrier. He helped me change a challenging flat tire without hesitation and with a smile. And again I found Peter to be beyond a helpful super host he was a genuinely good person that wanted us to enjoy the country like he does and we became friends. I will definitely return to stay with my new friends in paradise. "

"The Geco studio was the perfect fit for us. Hidden away and perched on the mountain overlooking the beaches of Montezuma. The pool and grounds were clean and there is quite a bit of shared space around the property. While there were other people there, it was spacious and quiet. Peter was very quick and clear in communication and Santiago greeted us at the gate and helped us settle in and saw us off. It felt like we needed more time here, but quickly headed off to our next adventure. We would very much stay here again in the future."
