Extremely Disappointed – Poor Room Conditions and Zero Customer Service
I stayed at Parguera Plaza Hotel this past weekend and had a very disappointing experience. I rented two rooms, and one of them had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drainage that made the stay very uncomfortable.
We reported the issue to the front desk multiple times, hoping for at least a basic attempt to address the problem. Unfortunately, the only response we received was that the hotel was full and nothing could be done. Not only did they refuse to move us, but they didn’t offer any alternative solutions, and worse, they never followed up to ask how we were doing or if the issue had improved.
The complete lack of customer service and care for guest comfort was extremely frustrating. For the price paid and the reputation of the property, this level of negligence is unacceptable. We expected much better and will not be returning or recommending this hotel.
