Great and friendly staff. The view was great. Breakfast boxes were a bit stalled when we left, early, but they were delivered to us in the end.

Room was fine although don’t see the point of a kitchen if you don’t provide equipment and utensils. Pool area is just awful. Cramped, lack of sun loungers and permanently in the shade.

Very good organised complex, inside shuttle busses transport to all the hotels, to the beach, to the Canal Village shopping centre and etc. Day and night security guards, tourists feel safe all the time. Excellent a few kilometres long Bangtao beach.

Sound travels through walls
Breakfast was lousy. I can’t believe how it was worth 500 bahts. Shuttle buses to the city was booked out and we had to book a taxi. A couple next room was having sex and i heard it all. Nobody was working at the Information Center.
If you're looking for a quiet vacation, only beach, ocean and sunset, this is the place, if not, all the rest is about half an hour away.
Overall pleasing stay specially with young children. If you are planning on visiting around you'll definitely need transportation. Also not many eating options available outside the resort without a short distance.
