The staff really stood out—super friendly and attentive without being over-the-top. Room was spotless too, and I loved the quick access to the pool for a morning swim.

The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Nice condos and clean. They do charge a cleaning fee, and they charge for electricity based on the meter reading. The restaurant was convenient, but it closes at 6 pm. Very good organised complex, inside shuttle busses transport to all the hotels, to the beach, to the Canal Village shopping centre and etc. Day and night security guards, tourists feel safe all the time. Excellent a few kilometres long Bangtao beach.

Sound travels through walls
Breakfast was lousy. I can’t believe how it was worth 500 bahts. Shuttle buses to the city was booked out and we had to book a taxi. A couple next room was having sex and i heard it all. Nobody was working at the Information Center.
If you're looking for a quiet vacation, only beach, ocean and sunset, this is the place, if not, all the rest is about half an hour away.
Overall pleasing stay specially with young children. If you are planning on visiting around you'll definitely need transportation. Also not many eating options available outside the resort without a short distance.
