"This was the most beautiful, most relaxing, and friendliest place ever. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Upon checking in, the staff had drinks and towels for us. They showed us to our room and explained how organic and eco friendly everything was. Our room was private with a patio that had a hammock. The pools were clean and relaxing. Not crowded. The food was delicious, they were constantly feeding us. It rained during our trip but it was still so relaxing and we were still able to squeeze in a lot. We did horse back riding, hiked the property on our own, swam. Everything was clean. The staff were so kind and always made sure we were taken care of. I would come back again for a longer stay! "

"We booked 3 rooms at Hotel Lomas del Volcan and loved everything about the resort. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and with huge bathrooms. Our room had a nice jacuzzi on the deck. The food at the restaurant was very good and well priced as were the drinks. We saw monkeys swinging in the trees one night while in the pool. the pool was really warm and the swim up bar was amazing. the adventure hike up the hill was very cool and challenging. The staff were all amazing especially Minor. The daily breakfast was tasty and never disappointed. "

"Very happy with this hotel. Better than others we’ve used in the area. Updated, clean, nice amenities in the lobby. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar but looked really nice. Used airport shuttle. On time and quick to the airport. We stay near the airport when we have an early flight out of San Jose."

"Xandari was awesome! We loved the villa, the property, the people and the food! The views are spectacular and food was super fresh. My family loved the spacious villa and walking around the grounds. It’s also very convenient to the San Jose airport. We loved it so much we came back at the end of our trip to stay another couple of nights! "
