"Much of the property and hotel have been remodeled. Although clean, the rooms have been ignored since the mid 70' probably. They need updating. I've never encountered a hairdryer fixed to the wall with 2 feet of fat corrogated tubing. We asked cleaning staff for extra towels on our second day, which we received. We needed an additional one later in the day. When I asked the same cleaning for one, they began arguing with each other and then told me " go to your room". Our towels were wet and used. Out of spite apparently, they neglected to clean our room the next day and told management we had a do not disturb sign on our door all day, which wasnt true. We used wet towels again the text day. Management argued with us when we mentioned this towel situation. They were not friendly at this hotel. They treated us disrespectfully. Over a towel??"

"We had an amazing time. The property was beautiful as was our apartment, it was very spacious, modern and super clean. We also can’t say enough about the staff s as bad how friendly and helpful they all were. The reason I dropped the comfort rating to a 4 is because there was an issue with the hot water tank on our last day and we had to shower in the next apartment. They did try to have it fixed right away and thought it was fixed but it turned out not to have been."
