「Casa do Monte was delightful. The space was perfect for a large group. The location was very accessible to many sights on the island. Out of town and peaceful. Love the balconies in front and back. Our host met us and was very responsive to our needs. 」

「The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as...

I would highly recommend this location to anyone travelli ng to Sao Miguel. Easy place to get to from the airport and puts you right in the center of the island. Ribiera Grande is the bees knees!!!!」
