"One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Large room, perfect for us and our daughter to share, with a huge stone terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs, looking directly at the mountains. Wonderful horse-riding close by and hiking directly from the parador. Delightful staff in the restaurant and fantastic regional food."

"The hostal is very comfortable & clean. We were welcomed by the gentlemen who staffs the hostal, he was very helpful & made us feel very welcome. The beds are very comfortable. "Upgraded to a room with a balcony, friendly staff,room a good size and well equipped. Excellent restaurant. Parking okay though little space outside, underground car park fine. Easy to find off A5. Interesting area for non golfers, colonies of Griffon vultures nearby and short drive to Monfrague national park. Would definitely stay again "

"Excellent location if you like hiking - the mountains and countryside were on the doorstep. Run by an enthusiastic and very genial ornithologist. Slight miscommunication on check in that cost us an extra €20 which was unforeseen and a little annoying but we were happy to pay it. Service from staff was exceptional and the food served in the bar was delicious. TV didn’t work in the bedroom and a fan would have been welcome as it was hot when we stayed. "
