"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "The pool (which was why we choose this place) was closed 10 days before our arrival (from Oct 1st), but this was not mentioned anywhere. The host was very nice and managed to get it ready after one day, but is was never fully cleaned.Dishwasher also didn’t work.
