"A totally adequate all inclusive, food was just okay however the property is kept nice and clean and in good condition. No hot tub and pool isn’t heated, drinks were decent and easy to get. Good location for convenience "

"We stayed at this hotel at the end of the season, as such the food and drinks available were slightly more limited. The room was modern, just on the smaller side, but we were only there for one night so was perfectly OK. If we were there for a few days, it may have been an issue. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you, especially the barman and the reception staff. The pool was definitely not the cleanest, you could see the dirt on the bottom and around the sides. If the pools were maintained better this hotel could be very good. Very nicely decorated hotel. Overall we were pleased with the hotel and our stay. "

Pool ,spa, bar and restaurant offered in clean comfortable outdoor area. Great value , highly recommend in Zakynthos. Public transport available close by. "

"The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there. "

"Every staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful especially the receptionists that made our holiday enjoyable and pleasant. I extremely appreciate the reception manager (Sira) that made our holiday very memorable. I want to commend all the staff for how much they made our experience very good and I would recommend others to book this hotel, the food was lovely,the service was top notch.If I were to come back to this area this hotel would be my first pick."

"Had a fantastic stay. Property is right on the beach close to all bars etc. asked for an iron and they brought me one. There is a €5 charge for the air conditioning per day but it is needed! Will definitely be back"
