When we checked in the sweet lady at the desk did not know if there were linens for the pull out couch, charged the reservation card immediately instead of asking if we wanted to use a different card (which I did), and did not have the “key maker” at the desk to make our room key, so we had to wait on it. The room was okay but smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel. It was hard to get the toilet to flush. Took our children down to the pool and the hot tub had one jet that worked on the bottom (feet area) and had brown-tinged water. The kids loved the pool. The pool room as a whole was clean though. The complimentary breakfast was lacking significantly. There was cereal but no milk, the muffins were stale, the waffle maker spray was out, the sausage was awful, and the “orange juice” was clear (make that make sense). Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff was so nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, pool was closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was not very good at all, not many options. Room was decent but kind of smelled a little funky and the carpet was soaked next to the air conditioner which was also unpleasant

Staff were very nice and polite. Our tv did not work, but the staff came and quickly checked it out and took care of it.

I booked this hotel for nine nights and the first day was horrible and the second day and all the day we stayed the Tv didn't work all the time because of wifi signal and kids were left along above us in hotel overnight they made so much noise and I did go to the front desk to ask for them to talk to the adults about the noise before I knew they were alone the lady at the front desk went and talk to the kids but they just continue to make noise so I walked upstairs to ask for a parent and one of the kids says no adults was there I asked the kids please be quiet they said okay but nope this was at 11 at night this is the ratchetest hotel I ever been to the only thing that was good was the front desk womens and the breakfast

Horrible place to stay

This hotel is horrible, the service is horrible, the breakfast was terrible. Holes in the wall, no smoke detector, not enough pillows for the 6 people in the suite. Do no stay here you’ll be disappointed

Made a reservation a month before my trip. When I arrived they did not have my room and tried to give me a smaller room with one bed, but I needed two for my kids. After arguing with me they finally gave me a different double queen, but the pull out bed was filthy and rusty and broken. The room smelled awful, like old cigarettes, despite it saying it was a non-smoking room. The door lock was broken and loose, and the key cards didn't work half the time, requiring me to have to keep coming back to the desk.

The two ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly. However, the older gentleman was unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. The pool area needs some updates, especially the hot tub, which was empty and could be a safety hazard. A negative experience staying here was the noisy night on March 20. Our next-door guest kept us up all night with loud music and singing. When I stepped outside my room to get closer to the next-door room, there was a strong smell like skunk. The next morning I found out that the person staying next to us was an employee. People staying in a hotel should be considerate of other guests. In my case, the employees as well as the managers should know that guests are more than likely looking for a hotel to rest and enjoy some quietness.

Reserved two full beds, got one king and a dingy couch. TV, phone, and vending machines didn’t work. Shower didn’t drain. Asked for bedding and got only a fitted sheet. Reported each issue as I discovered them—staff seemed uninterested. Definitely not the standard I expected.

Absolutely dirty all over

I stayed 3 nights. This place is absolutely filthy. Dirty pool area and thepool water nasty. There isnt any breakfast nobody puts anything out to eat. Once its gone they dont restock the breakfast area. They dont sanity clean mop or dust anything in thewhole building. Dont stay here u will be disappointed.

Our room door lock did not work from the inside, the rolling chair at the desk had an arm that was broken, the shampoo dispenser in shower was empty, the toilet paper roll was missing, the bathroom mirror had several places where the silver had rubbed off, there was trash left in the hallway, the cleaning staff was cleaning a room next to us at midnight that woke us up. The property stated they have a hot breakfast from 6-9. We went down at 7:30 and the only thing available was bread for toast and some apples. There was cereal but no milk was available. The only good thing about this prolerty is that the Manager was very pleasant.
