"The property was fine; my main issue was lack of room availability when I tried to check in at 5 pm. I was sweaty and dirty after playing in a tennis tournament. Because there wasn’t a room ready for me, I spent almost 1 hour in the lobby waiting."

"Our check in was quick and easy poor employee was new only 4 days in and by himself on busy evening. We go to room and it was musty smelling. Phones did not wokr i had to go downstairs to feont deak to get blankets.The bathtub paint was peeling off so you could not take a bath. At 6:00 am the music that plays in Lobby was playing on speakers attached to the building outside so loud it woke us up. Maybe need to think people may be sleeping .at 6;00 am. I was on 2nd floor on front side of building. Was disappointed for a Holiday Inn."
