He offered to give me a much cheaper room in another building across the road that had one room instead of 2. I refused and it was a big hassle to find another room last minute at 8pm at night. I strongly do not reccomend staying here unless you want to face uncertainty of turning up to your accommodation and being told it is unfit for stay. "During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."
