"Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. This issue should be included in the description of the property. I owned a short term rental in Beverly for several years and allowed the renters to control the heat and AC. You have to when its 30 degrees outside. Our stay was not restful when you are awoken every few hours to put on another layer to stay warm. In fact, last night we left the unit to go to a warm bar before coming back for bed."

"Great amount of space to house all of the family from multiple states - was within walking distance to downtown Beverly and a short trip to Salem.The host was a great communicator and helped answer all of our questions. "
