"We enjoyed our stay, our room was great and very clean. The pool area was wonderful and clean and the staff were amazing and very kind. We originally we're only staying two days in the family liked it so much we stayed the week. "

"The room was very spacious and bright, with a gas fireplace and sitting area in front of it. The chairs in the seating area were a bit uncomfortable, saggy, so one night we watched the small tv in bed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and the whole room was very clean. The mini fridge had a freezer which was appreciated for our freezer packs. The ice machine in the breakfast area is not for coolers. The pool was not open, which was a drawback. The breakfast was carb heavy with bagels, bread, muffins, danish and cereal. There were no hot foods or fruit. We ate breakfast our last day at Union Diner down the road, very good. Staff was great and so was the location. The restaurant attached to the resort was very expensive, but the food looked good. We had a drink in the bar, but we thought $28 for 2 rum and gingers was a bit steep. "

"The house is an amazing location about 20 minutes from Gunstock Mountain. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together and separate. Only suggestion would be to have the hot tub open during the winter months! We had such a great time! "

"Front door code wouldn’t open the front door. Someone had to let us in, took a shower with cold water in the winter Cold water sucks."

"The place was a great size for a large New Year's gathering and very clean! The host was extremely responsive, even reached out before our stay when the weather was getting unsafe for travel and offered to move the dates by a day. Overall, we had a great stay."
