"This is a beautiful property, however, it’s definitely in need of either aesthetic upgrades or structural upgrades. Exterior property is stunning, the bathrooms have leaks and or inoperable plumbing and the network went down a few times as well as an elevator that has broke during our stay. I truly loved every moment, I believe this should be reported"

"Where do I begin? The only good thing about this motel was the staff, and in our minimal interactions with the staff we saw that multiple people staying in the motel were calling about odd smells and pipe malfunctions. When we were going to the room we were given, we noticed that there was slanting on the second story walkway which was very concerning. When we entered the room, although it was a non smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The floor was slanted and dipping, which combined with the drooping walkway and cracked stairs, was a bit unsafe seeming. When we turned on the lights, we discovered odd brown stains on the ceiling. They seemed to be haphazardly cleaned, and coupled with the odd smoke and weed smell in a non smoking room, I don't believe that our room was properly cleaned. Our stay here was subpar. To start it off, when I tried to use the sink it sprouted brown water at me and flung water in the air, seemingly because of bubbles in the pipes. The walls of the shower had holes and cracks, and the shower head looked grim. The beds seemed fine, but due to the general state of our room, I doubt they were actually clean. When i exited the room i was met with a pool that seems to never have been cleaned. There was trash and algae in both the pool and the hot tub, and i doubt they have been open in a year. Upon leaving the room, my mom was asked to sell a man cigarettes multiple times, and overall this just seems like an unsafe place for anyone."

"We received our keys at 3:00 PM but did not return to enter the room until 9:00 PM. Upon entry, we found the room completely unacceptable. The air conditioning was broken, and the bedding was heavily stained with an unknown white substance.To make matters worse, the property felt entirely unsafe. There was constant shouting and running in the hallways, with people aggressively banging on doors.Because of the severe lack of cleanliness and safety, we checked out within 30 minutes and were forced to pay for alternative lodging down the road. Despite being in the room for less than half an hour, management refused to refund our first night, only agreeing to cancel the second night of our stay. We are currently out $240 for a room that was entirely uninhabitable. I highly recommend staying elsewhere."

"The swimming area was nice except that there was no staff rounding and there was a young group of men and women who were loud, drinking alcohol, vaping and had a boom box with non-family friendly music. It was off putting and looked as there was no security cameras on the pool. And the lack of towels in the swimming area."
