Southern district of Lacanau ocean, close to the beach, shops and activities, you are in a quiet and privileged area. You will appreciate this house, 75m² approximately, recently renovated for 7 people. The main room serves as a living/dining room, largely glazed, it opens, through a French window, to the outside: garden and terrace facing south/east with garden furniture. The kitchen area is open to the living room (dining area). The beds are divided into three bedrooms: two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the third is equipped with bunk beds and 1 single bed. There are shower room and independent WC. Free Wifi access. Possibility of parking on the garden for 2 cars or car + trailer. Reach the beach at 200 m, shops, restaurants and glaciers at 300 m, golf at 3 km or the lake at about 6 km (REF 03260)

Maison très idéalement située, à 5min à pied de la plage et 10 min à pied du centre. Maison Spacieuse, avec jardin clôturé (idéal avec les chiens), et possibilité de mettre sa voiture dans le jardin. C'est un plus également. Le seul point négatif à formuler est l'état un peu vieillot du mobilier, canapé pour le prix demandé ainsi que la propreté au niveau de la cuisine. A part cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Etwas muffig, zweckmäßig, aber keineswegs wohnlich...

Gemischtes Resümee von uns (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 12 und 15 Jahre, ein Hund) Pluspunkte: - die Lage: in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, bei Surfschulen und in dem belebten Zentrum mit Geschäften, Restaurants usw - dennoch ruhig gelegen - relativ großer Garten, Platz fürs Auto vorhanden (auf der Straße muss Parken teuer bezahlt werden) - der Kontakt zur Agentur (AJP) war gut, per Mail immer schnelle Antwort, allerdings haben wir nie jmd an Telefon erreicht. Der Empfang war freundlich, zügig und mit umfassenden Informationen. - die Matratzen waren gut, nicht alt oder durchgelegen - bezüglich Küche war fast alles an Zubehör vorhanden, was man braucht zum Kochen, dazu genug Besteck, Teller usw - toller Baum mit Schatten im Garten - bei Ankunft sauber geputzt Minuspunkte: - alles maximal zweckmäßig, Note "ausreichend" - alles wirkt "abgewohnt", sei es kaputte Türklinke, Sockelleisten usw - im Haus wäre Platz für sieben Gäste, mir ist unklar, wo die (außer in ihren Betten) Platz haben sollen: auf dem Sofa waren wir zu viert schon eng gesessen. Am Tisch ginge es gerade noch zu sechst... - alles im Haus war muffig, roch alt, unsauber: das Sofa war ein bisschen eklig, wir haben dann was drauf gelegt, weil wir uns so nicht setzen wollten - wir sind sonst nicht pingelig, aber es ist fleckig und mieft. Die Wolldecken sind ebenfalls eklig, riechen stockig-schwitzig. Die Küchenschränke miefen innen unangenehm. - nichts ist gemütlich oder wohnlich, dafür arg teuer

Très bon emplacement

Emplacement tres pratique pour acces plage, surf et centre ville. Très au calme. petits bemols: brosses de l'aspirateur encrassée, vaisselle et ustensiles vintage et plaques de cuisson au gaz à l'ancienne Sinon cour intérieure très spacieuse pour garer les voitures ou jouer ou manger avec un beau coin d'ombre

Lage sehr vorteilhaft, Reinigung, vor allem des Bades ließ zu wünschen übrig, Ausstattung dürftig

Leider hatten wir uns etwas mehr erhofft. Objekt wird nicht von Vertreter der Agentur übergeben, sondern lediglich Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Beanstandungen können daher nur nachträglich gemacht werden.Reinigung bei Ankunft defizitär, Haus- und Gartenschloss defekt, eine einzige Sonnenliege für gesamtes Objekt. Wifi muss zusätzlich gebucht werden! Fazit: Für die Nachsaison und vorgefundene Ausstattung, überteuertes Objekt

Tolle Woche in Lacanau

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute, zentrale Lage, um zu Fuß zum Strand zu gelangen, einzukaufen, über die Promenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften zu schlendern oder die Fahrradwege zu erreichen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Vorsicht bei großem Fahrzeug: Direkt gegenüber der Einfahrt zum Grundstück sind Bezahlparkplätze eingerichtet, parken dort womöglich mitunter über Tage Fahrzeuge, dann kommt man mit einem großen, langen Fahrzeug nicht vom Grundstück, wenn man möchte oder muß!

Très agréable sejour

Une sejour des plus agréables, le grand jardin et la possibilité de rentrer plusieurs voitures est un très bon point. Maison complètement équipée, proche de la ville et de l’océan.

Bon séjour

Maison bien équipée, proche de la plage et des commerces, wifi performant. Bon contact et bonne réactivité de l'agence (problème de chauffe-eau réglé rapidement). Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Attention toutefois, l'annonce indique un secteur "calme", ce n'est pas tout à fait vrai : voisins bruyants (maison d'hôte juste à coté) et la résidence Océanides à proximité organise des soirées où la musique est très forte.

Gemütliches Haus in Top-Lage

Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und auch zur Stadt ist es nicht weit. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einziges Manko war, dass der Boden nicht richtig sauber als wir ankamen. Der Service durch die Agentur ist jedoch super schnell und alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Als die Spülmaschine kaputt ging, hatten wir am nächsten Tag sofort einen Neue.
