Great staff communication. Very clean rooms and a great continental breakfast. I had a couple specific requests and they were handled quickly by the friendly staff. We will definitely continue booking here for our family visits!

It's cheap compare to other hotel.But I rather have a microwave and eletric kettle in the room than the boring breackfast.Over all it's OK if your in tight budget.

We stayed the weekend at this hotel, the hotel is clean and very convenient because it is within walking distance of almost anywhere in town including the lake. The only disappointment was that the exercise room was closed for renovations.

Great place for the price. The room was comfortable and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The owner is in the process of upgrading the facilities so it’s a work in progress but we would happily stay there again when we are in town.

There was black mold in the bath tub, bugs crawled out of the sink, stains on the towels, and flies in the room. The housekeeping and staff were very friendly and made our beds every day, but the room itself was not very hygienic. Honestly, I don’t think I would stay here again. I understand that it’s difficult to keep up with bugs and constant cleaning in hotels, but I have never found black mold in hotel bathrooms until I came here. I would be more inclined to come back if they improve the cleaning standards.

Not a terrible place to stay for the price. Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked. The security around the property can be an issue. It’s Lac La Biche after all.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t cancel our reservation and it was within 24 hours after it booked I even had paid for insurance but Expedia wouldn’t refund even a portion. Be Careful booking with Expedia!!!!
