"We walked into the lobby and looked for the bell hop. There was no bellhop, so we looked for the cart to move our luggage from our van to our rooms. The cart had flat tires. No one seemed to be happy to receive us or eager to help us in anyway, shape or form. Finally, we catch the elevator, which is so glitchy the buttons don’t work and it jumps really bad whenever it gets to your floor or the lobby - we get our rooms and the smell when you get to the third floor was so disgusting like a bad stench of smoke and dirty feet. We walk into our room and the carpet which looks like it’s been recently replaced still smelled like urine. I walked into the bathroom and was completely disgusted to see dirty, shower curtains, doors with dirty handprints, everywhere soap, scum, and grime all over the bar soap holder, and our bathtub felt like a water bed. It was completely filled with water, making me so dizzy. Every time I needed to use the shower. They also are so stingy with the towels, I put down that I was staying with my family of four and they only left two towels in the room when I called to try to get more towels. They kept telling me that they didn’t have any that’s ridiculous. Why do you even ask how many people are going to stay in the room if it doesn’t matter how many towels you will leave. This should be a less resort stay. I honestly would never stay here again."
