"Person was horrible to deal with and cancelled stay day of. They were asking for money than agreed upon and were extremely rude and demanding. Also they are extremely demanding and expect the customer to bend around there rules and times, whenever is best for them"

"Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que as í fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...
