"Check in was terrible. Front desk staff rude. Room was not ready at check in. Staff left me standing around waiting to be checked in but never said to come back after room was ready. I overheard another lady try to check in with someone else and she actually told that guest sorry and offered the bar or food as an option while waiting. The lady helping me was typing like she was checking me in but after standing there for 10 minutes and me asking her if she was almost done with my information she got rude and said i can’t check you in until room is ready. She could have said that from the beginning. Very poor service "
