A 27 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV. You also enjoy a 16m² loggia terrace with garden furniture and lounge set, located in a quiet area, facing the residence's garden and enjoying a lovely sea view! This bright apartment features a large bay window opening onto a 14m² terrace with garden furniture. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence. A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor spaces are available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.

Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
