「We arrived at the hotel having booked two rooms through Expedia, I had my confirmation on my phone, only to find that they had only one room available on arrival. So we couldn’t stay there.」

「It was as cool as any place you stay that was built in the 1300s, plus or minus. Our room oozed of ancient charm while having modern amenities that made it very comfortable. Our host was friendly, helpful, and gracious. He recommended a great local restaurant (with a history going back hundreds of years) and made us a reservation at it. As with any ancient building in France, be ready to carry your luggage up and down some stairs. The property is located a very short walk to a small town which...

「Parking a plus and good to have a manned reception. Rooms need updating and carpet replacing」

「The hotel was very clean. However, I didn’t receive the email with the check-in information. As a result, I couldn’t get into the hotel and was really stuck. I had to stand outside for over 30 minutes in the heatwave in Orléans. The on-site staff were kind, but since they’re only there in the morning, there was no one at the hotel during check-in hours. It’s better to book this hotel directly through its website」

「Adequate - served its purpose, needs updating and investment- could be amazing」

「The whole hotel is excellent」
