The villa is high up on a large plot of 2000 m2 at a good distance from the neighbors.

It offers one of the most beautiful sea views of Saint Martin towards the island of Anguilla, the bay of Marigot with its lagoon and its surrounding mountains.

You will watch the sunset show every evening.

The villa is entirely on one level and offers modern comfort.

You will enjoy 2 sea side bedrooms with large queen size beds measuring 1m60 wide, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small desk.

Secure private parking within the property. For clients renting a low car such as a sedan, we recommend parking outside the villa.

Concierge service to welcome you, assist you and advise you during your stay.

The villa is located above the private development of Savanna, a very quiet area, located between the beaches of Friar's Bay and Grande Case.

The Villa is geographically very central on the island to allow you to enjoy all the attractions of Saint-Martin:

Great location and pool

The property was very clean and the secluded location, pool, and view were incredible. The check-in and checkout required a property representative present. The pool alarm was a shock but we were instructed how to turn it off. The main detractors were lukewarm water and spartan bedding. I'd suggest bringing a pillow and blanket if you are used to plush.
