I arrived after 10.40 pm and the hotel closes at 10pm. They wrote me the gâté code to enter And informer me the room Door was going to be open ed... Unless someone was in room and therefore i wait ed 30 minutes until someone gave me another room without any personal excuse. Same thing the next day ...

Check out was closed between 12-4pm - even though I was given information we could check in from 2pm - This was also on their own website and information given to my wife who booked via another website to. So arriving a 2.20pm in the pouring rain from an early am flight wasn't ideal. All shut up ...
