"Everything about this place was great. The location is lovely and the views are spectacular. The apartment is really spacious, comfortable and clean, with big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a full kitchen and a lovely big private balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. "We stayed a month in the cave house cortijo, a beautiful place, very relaxing, comfortable traditional dwelling in a a little piece of Eden, fruit trees, bird song and mountain views. Nice river side walks and quiet back lane for a 20 minute walk into the centre of Orgiva which is a great town full of character and characters. Oliver & Maria are the perfect hosts, hopefully we will get the chance to return one day. "

"We had a lovely stay in Orgiva and found the house to be exactly as promised. A short walk from the village, it offers peaceful surroundings with all the amenities you need within reach. The stay was enhanced by the cats and dogs that usually decided to come by and say hi. Inside the house is a advertised, proper beds and a well equipped kitchen that covered all our needs. "

"The host, Elena, was very responsive and helpful. Casa Josefa is comfortable and very tastefully decorated with outstanding views from both the balcony and the terrace. The center of the village is close as our some gorgeous hikes. We loved our stay in Capileira !"

"Erg mooi huisje dat uitkijkt over de zee. Je hoort de golven. Heerlijk zwembad. Ondanks dat het huisje tussen de snelweg en een 80 km weg in zit (op een steile helling) is het toch heel rustig en hoor je nauwelijks verkeerslawaai. Stroom wordt met zonnepanelen opgewekt, dus erg groen."

"We stayed for 5 nights on half board for a walking holiday. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and, in particular, the swimming pool in the early evening. The reception staff were highly professional and the restaurant staff were friendly. The evening menu only changes once a week which meant some repetition in our actual selections of food."

"Loved the house. The garden is magical and the pool stunning, lots of lovely places to sit and eat outside. I especially liked my room at the end with the onsuite bathroom, gorgeous decor and tiles. Only one issue which is the 2 central bedrooms were abit too hot at night, aircon in those would really help.. would book again. Maybe the dark blue doesn’t help? "

"My husband, son aged 14 and daughter aged 12 stayed at Sigi’s place for 14 nights. The setting is beautiful. The villa itself is simple and very stylish with everything you need. The pool is definitely the best pool we have ever had with the most amazing picture perfect backdrop. The children spent hours in it playing volleyball. During our stay we did ‘El Caminito del Rey’ which was a great experience but it’s a bit of a drive (2 hours). Closer by and definitely not to be missed, is the Alhambra and the Albaicín area of Granada. We also went horse riding locally and did a sunset hike. Both great experiences. Sigi’s place is a lovely to get away from it all. We didn’t really venture into Órgiva town centre much other than to get groceries as BBQing at the villa was so lovely. There are some picturesque little villages to visit which are only a 25 min drive away. Sigi is a great host and responds quickly! Barney and his wife Sarah look after the pool and garden and Clara does the cleaning. All really great and lovely to chat to 😊"
