Master Suite 1 is located next to Casita Suite 3 features a Cal-King sized bed a Full-Sized Sofa Sleeper, 50-inch Roku television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and private access to the back patio through the sliding glass door. The en suite bathroom is a private oasis, complete with a tiled shower, marble countertops, dual vanity sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet equipped with shelving.

The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience of the neighbors. Due to the houses` proximity, using vile or obscene language while outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. PARKING: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway and street. Parking at this house is available for 6 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden and you may be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $1,000 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

4. REPORTING DAMAGE TO AGENT: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable condition found upon check-in will be reported to the Agent within two (2) hours of Occupancy.

5. DAMAGE POLICY: Licensee shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by Agent in its sole discretion) which may result from Licensee`s occupancy.
