17m² studio for 2 persons located on the 1st floor with a lift. The residence Le France is made up of 9 floors served by two lifts.

- The living room has a double bed (2 persons - 140 * 200) on the mezzanine, a sofa and a television
- The kitchen, in the entrance, is equipped with a microwave, 2 electric hobs, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster
- The bathroom features a bathtub and a toilet.
