Hotel is fantastic. Only downside: you have to read the small print to find out that the shuttle they advertise with is not only not free but more expensive than a taxi.

very clean and nice hotel

Fantastic location right in the centre of the Gothic quarter, which is very lively. More convenient that staying down in the beach area which is a bit of a hike. Rooms are nice and modern - although the Elegance rooms are just a bit too small for my liking. The next rooms up are perfect. Street noise is a bit annoying, but that is partly due to the location and choosing to be so central (walking down to the port, up to Pl Catalunya etc), and also very close to the metro system. Quite a bit of internal noise from floor above (all floors are wooden and not well soundproofed, and creaky old lifts). Breakfast is exceptional. Very well considered, high quality, and in a beautiful room over looking the Cathedral.

This hotel is 100% worth the price. the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Staff were amazing and helpful, we loved the rooftop restaurant and pool area and the breakfast is 10/10. Turndown service was so efficient. Very central location, we were able to walk everywhere, although Sagrada Família was a bit of a trek as well as Park Guell (60 minute walk). Highly recommend!

I loved that there was coffee and creamer in the room. Location was convenient to everything.
