"This is the one if you are looking for a great place for family connection. The house is located above and away from other homes with a lot of privacy and still sea views. A short walk leads you down to a beautiful sea cove with clear waters or the most beautiful salt pool you can imagine. "The house is nicer even than the photos indicate. Every detail considered, bohemian and charming. Good views of Capiloveri from two different decks and a lovely private courtyard with fountain. Ingrid gave us a generous tour of her studio and relayed the interesting history of the place. There is a quiet trail directly across from the property that leads down to the water - we had young kids and so didn't make it all the way."

"Fewo war nicht sauber, möbel waren verrostet bzw verschimmelt.Küchenfronten klebrig vor dreck. Zufahrt zur fewo eine katastrophe. Alle wasserhäne waren defekt/undicht. Permanent ist die sicherung geflogen. Vermieter hatte keine lust sich auf englisch zu unterhalten. Per telefon hat er bewießen das er es kann. Uns wurde noch vorgeworfen warum wir nach elba fahren und nicht italienisch sprechen. Bisher die schlechteste wohnung die wir in den letzten 10 jahren gebucht hatten."
