This charming apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, just a 5-minute walk from the sea, the bus stop and the "El Campanario" shopping center. The apartment, including a large balcony with pool view, is bright, friendly and colorful and offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The very well-kept residential complex includes a green garden with a swimming pool, a barbecue area and private parking spaces.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral zum Strand als auch zum Ort. Ein Einkaufszentrum liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, funktional und in einem guten Zustand. Die Bilder entsprechen dem Ist Zustand. Der private angebotene Transfer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
