Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. The security guard was also no help. Once we did get in, there were no face cloths, hand towels, bath towels, dish cloths or dish towels. There were no pillow...

"The apartment was amazing. Super clean and spacious. The unit had enough cooking equipment and dishes to make simple meals. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer was a plus. The grounds were amazing with pool, play area, hammocks. The location beautiful within walking distance to convience stores. The waterpark within walking distance. Will definitely return. "

"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water.
