"The room was nice and spacious and clean. The rest of hotel was just horrible.. the buffet disgusting, everything was cold not even warm. The staff is lazy and lazy , no help.. they all talk to each other and laugh and joke and customers are waiting. We went to the pool area and there was a snack bar area.. the seats cushions were so stained you did not want to seat there, on the floor mayo , mustard French fries all over the place.. just gross. Food was horrible at buffet, badly presented and cold.. we could not eat so we decided to try the snack bar by the pool … cold hot dog and fries and wait time 15 minutes. All laughable and ridiculous. I am glad we book only one night !! "
