10名のオーシャンビューのダイニングルームは、島とオーシャンビューの朝食テーブルのある大きなグルメキッチンに隣接しています。 ダイニングルームとキッチンの外に出て、屋外チーク材のダイニングテーブル、屋外ガス暖炉、Lynxガスグリルを備えた広々としたデッキに足を踏み入れてください。 ここからは、海、海岸線、ゴルフコース、街の明かりの素晴らしい景色を一望できます。

Beautiful home in La Jolla

Nine friends who met in High School stayed at this property to celebrate our 50th birthday. This house was perfect. It has 5 nicely appointed bedrooms, plenty of conversation areas and fabulous views of La Jolla. Although up in the hills, were pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Prospect street and the Cove. Just about a mile walk, or 5 minute Uber ride. Megan Rose, our host was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This home was wonderful for our stay to visit our son. It is very well equipped with everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. The house is very clean and the outdoor spaces are so beautiful. The property manager was great and always responsive. We would absolutely come back to this home. Just be mindful if you have older guests traveling with you there are many stairs throughout the home. Really cool house and very well maintained. Convenient to restaurants and shopping

Great spot for a family gathering!

We had three generations on our trip and had a delightful stay. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and there were comfy gathering spots for everyone to come together. The kitchen was well stocker. The pool and hot tub were a big hit too.

Stunning view and ideal location

Our family spent a week in La Jolla visiting friends and family and hosting many meals and get togethers at this home. It was absolutely perfect. Fantastic kitchen made preparing meals for up to 12 people a breeze and the dining room easily fit our large group. Multiple gathering spots around the home allowed teens to hang out in one spot while adults conversed in another. The pool was lovely and all of the bedrooms and baths were comfortable and perfectly accommodating. And the view of the ocean on top of all of this was simply breathtaking! The home is definitely older and could use some TLC in places but nothing that interfered with our stay.

Beautiful property!

Hard to believe, but the pictures of the view are 100% accurate. The property was beautiful, near activities in La Jolla and San Diego. The pool was fantastic for a quick dip to cool off, and the hot tub was nice As well. Everyone in the family had a great time!!

Amazing property. The sunset views were there cherry on top. Communication was excellent with the property manager, check in/out were a breeze. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. We would recommend this property and stay again. Very conveniently located to downtown La Jolla and Torrey Pines road for easy access in and out of LJ.

Lovely setting, beautiful home. Very comfortable for 8 adults with fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces. Well stocked and in a wonderful location to explore La Jolla and beyond. A perfect place to spend holidays with our family

The property was spacious with so many places to be together or be alone! The outdoor area was like being at a resort: pool, hot tub,fireplace. The kitchen was well-appointed—we cooked easily and ate comfortably in the lovely dining room. Thank you so much for such a welcoming home!

Terrific home with beautiful ocean views

Spent Thanksgiving week with 3 generations of family. House accommodated all of us with plenty room. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and dishes to make Thanksgiving turkey as well as other meals. Beautiful home.

La Jolla Villa

We loved our stay! The house had a private area for each of our 3 families. The hot tub and pool were used daily, as well as the work out room and the patio off the kitchen is where we ate dinner most nights watching the sunset. The views from any rooms at the back of the house and patios are spectacular. Our only problem was that the bedrooms are not dark enough if you want to sleep in a bit later in the mornings after all it is your vacation. Also, the trash situation from previous guests is not solved and it was overwhelming. Management needs to explain the pick up system and schedule much better to guests and/or take care of it themselves.

Amazing views

I would say that all the photos of the property were extremely accurate except for the photos of the view from the house. They were so breathtakingly beautiful and they were amazing from all areas of the house. The house was a bit older but it just lended to the charm of the house which was full of many special places to read a book, relax or spend time with family. Another unexpected surprise was a hike to the top of the neighborhood which had a trail that extended 2 miles and ended up with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the city of La Jolla. Had a few questions for the owner and she replied immediately. Would definitely stay there again.!!!! We would definitely go back again

This house is just unbelievable! Amazing views. Amazing layout. Truly a villa style environment in sunny San Diego. We were in town for a wedding with quite a few other families and this house was the envy of all the other families.

Beautiful villa overlooking the ocean in La Jolla

This is a large beautiful home with all amenities in place. It's perfect for large families - with 5 full bedrooms in different corners of the house that allow for privacy. We stayed with my older parents, our family (2 kids 8 and 5, husband, me) and my brother. We had ample space and great common areas, especially outside. The manager was responsive. The pool is a lap pool so it's narrow, but amazing. One thing to keep in mind is that there are multiple sets of stairs so for older individuals or toddlers it can be a bit tedious to walk around. (We were ok, but it made us a bit nervous). Stunning outdoor views and spaces to eat, gorgeous sunsets. Outdoor grill. A real "vacation home". Very close to shops, good restaurants, gym etc. Would stay again.

Loved this property

Cozy, comfortable and clean - loved the layout of this place. Views are incredible, many relaxing little nooks all with excellent views. Note, not all the bedrooms have their own bathroom so just be aware of that. Definitely not a problem but good to know. Great stay - perfect for several couples.

Wonderful stay in La Jolla

Beautiful home 5 minute drive to The Cove. Photos don’t do it justice - the views are spectacular and the home is immaculate. Great and easy process to get in/out. Property manager very responsive. Highly recommend.
