"We've been staying at this property almost every year for a number of years now. We still love it. It's not super fancy but has everything we need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing week at the beach. It's perfect for us! Great views to watch the dolphins and the sunset, just off the boardwalk to avoid the extra noise, and easy to go back and forth between the beach and meal times or potty breaks. We'd buy it if it ever went up for sale, it's that enjoyable!"

"The Garden House is in a beautifully appointed property and the owner has maintained a wonderful house and garden. We enjoyed walking up and looking out from the deck halfway up the hill. We admired the stonework, landscaping and the stream flowing down into the small pond. The amenities in the Garden House were nice, bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a movie from Netflix in the living room. Very easy parking on the street. Accessible to everything you want in SD. We will stay there...

Good thing I had a mini cooper that I could fit in the garage with a couple tries (though could have been my poor parking skills.) Wonderful location. "With the beach just foot steps away I knew I would love this place. The cottage was perfect for our stay. The sights and sounds of Mission Blvd were exactly as I imagined. Everything was in close proximity which made seeing the sights that much easier. I highly recommend Josh and April’s quaint cottage. I look forward to a return trip next year."
