"The property was a nice property, but there was a problem with parking. I had no communication until 30 minutes before check-in even though I tried to contact the host numerous times and had Expedia tried to contact them and couldn’t get a hold of him. There is no air-conditioning which sucked because it was hot. All they have is fans and the shower is so tiny. That is very hard to shower, but it’s in a great location."

"Strategic location for beach, amusement parks and restaurants. Close to major freeways and airport. House has plenty of room across the three floors. Kids loved seeing the seaworld fireworks from the open air rooftop patio. This property has it all. Owner quickly addressed any of our questions and needs. "

"I would rent this property over and over again. My girlfriend and I had the best experience! The property is immaculate and the view is absolutely stunning. The grotto house is first class, and I highly recommend renting it."
