I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location is excellent, easily accessible to train station and all the tourist site. Breakfast is abundant and delicious! Great customer service from beginning to end. Will definitely stay again if I visit Madrid again

My stay in Abadia de Los Templarios
Everything was perfect and I have to stress the upgrade I received, by courtesy in the reception, for a room in the main building with very good conditions without any change. The only thing I considered less was the breakfast that had a few variety of food.
