4-room farmhouse 100 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 large rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower. Sep. WC. Terrace 12 m2, patio 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage on the property. Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
