WITHOUT A USEABLE LOO - THIS PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE LISTED.

We booked this property for our two week holiday. There was a serious maintenance problem with the WC making it un-useable. We stayed two days - using the loos at a local campsite. Nothing was done to fix the problem and the owner didn't even have the courtesy to meet us. It was not possible to stay here due to the stench and the fact that there was no useable loo, so we hired a one bedroomed caravan for the entire holiday. We have received no apology or refund. In the 30 years i've been staying in La Croix Valmer this is the worst place and the worst owner. Avoid at all costs.

Die Anlage, außen wie innen ist sehr weitläufig und geräumig. Die Wohnräume sind gut geschnitten die 3 Terrassen sind groß, der Pool ist groß. Es gibt 3-4 Stellplätze für Pkw, der Garten hat 2 große Palmen die Schatten spenden. Der Kunstrasen ist von guter Qualität. Der Fußweg zum.Strand, Bus und Supermarkt ist veekehrsarm, zu Fuß ca. 10-15min. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig man hört keinen Verkehr. Der Intermarché hat eine gute Auswahl und immer eine warme Theke. Man käme den Urlaub ohne Auto aus da Busse überall hinfahren (St.Trop, Toulon, LCV)

Ferienwohnung mit erheblichen Mängeln

Obwohl wir uns einen Tag nach Bezug der Wohnung über das Fewo-Portal beschwert haben, wurden folgende Mängel nicht beseitigt. - Schimmelbefall im Nassbereichs des Bades - Weder Küche noch Schränke haben wir gereinigt vorgefunden. - Sofa und Kissen rochen übelst - Die Liegenauflagen am Pool total verdreckt. - Vier der sechs Stühle im Essbereich erheblich beschädigt. - Toilettensitz beschädigt. - Mietobjekt wurde als "Very Nice vollständig renoviert" angeboten. Total überzogener Preis für soviel Schrott. unser Urlaub und Erholungswert wurde sehr beeinträchtigt. Weder Fewo noch die Eigentümerin haben nichts unternommen und nur widersprochen, obwohl wir Fotos vom Zustand des Objektes übermittelt haben. Fazit: Nie mehr über Fewo buchen. Alles total verantwortungslos.

Perfekter Urlaub

Von Anfang an ein entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der liebevoll eingerichteten und gepflegten Wohnung. Auch die Gartenanlage und der Swimmingpool waren sehr gepflegt.

Super Lage mit schöner Poolanlage. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt! Gartenplatz mit grossem Grill. Bequeme Liegestühle am Pool. Im grossen und ganzen alles sehr schön, die Bausubstanz lässt ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig.. Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert aber manche Sachen schon ein bisschen in einem unschönen Zustand. Kühlschrankscharniere schon verbraucht! Würden aber wieder kommen!

Ein toller Urlaub 😀

Der Urlaub war ein Erfolg. Die kurzen Kommunikationswege mit der Eigentümerin sowie der Hausverwaltung waren sehr gut und wertvoll. Kleine oder gar spontan aufgetretene größere Probleme oder Defekte wurden umgehend gelöst. Wir sind mit Allem sehr zufrieden. Grüße Jörg Rosenkranz

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in Nähe des Strands

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend fussläufig zum Strand. Sie ist super gepflegt und ausgestattet und hat die richtige Größe für einen Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und von uns viel genutzt. Wir konnten hier unseren Familienurlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Schöne Ferien in Cavalair

Am Anreisetag wurde uns von Mme. Tabour eine gleichwertige Ersatzunterkunft in Cavalair zugewiesen, da am ursprünglich gemieteten Objekt in La Croix Valmer mit Baumaßnahmen begonnen worden ist. Wir haben in Cavalair (dank Frau Tabour) wunderbare, erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Kontaktperson am Haus Mme. Perez hat sich ebenfalls sehr um uns gekümmert. Die Lage und das Haus mit Pool waren ansprechend und unser Aufenthalt dort war rundum gelungen. Gerne kommen wir evtl. im nächsten Jahr nochmal wieder in den sonnigen Süden, es war sehr schön. Schöne Zeit hier erlebt

Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch mit den anderen Familien, womit wir uns den Pool geteilt haben, und die Kinder miteinander spielen konnten waren sehr nett. Die Ausstattung ist super. Ein Ventilator für die heissen Nächte im Sommer würde das Schlafen erträglicher machen.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr gepflegte, stilvolle Ferienwohnung mit jeglich erdenklichem Komfort, alles - ohne Ausnahme - war in einem tadellosen Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pool, der jeden Morgen gereinigt und mit frischem Wasser aufgefüllt wurde und die 3 Terrassen. Die Anlage befindet sich in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Gegend, jedoch nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt - ideal, jederzeit wieder gerne!

Die Vermietung hat sehr gut geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, die Wohnung hat aber eine nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Sehr schön!

Un coin de Paradis à ne pas manquer ...

Nous sommes des inconditionnels de ce T3 depuis 5 ans Location impeccable, spacieuse et très agréable , dans un environnement calme et agréable. Rien ne manque à ce petit paradis sur terre et les propriétaires mettent un point d'honneur à toujours renouveler et rafraichir cet appartement de telle sorte que nous avons toujours l'impression d'année en année d'arriver dans une "nouvelle location" De plus et cerise sur le gâteau les propriétaires sont d'une rare gentillesse et serviabilité . Bref un endroit de location à recommander les yeux fermés . :-)

TRES BELLES PRESTATIONS

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en septembre dans ce très bel appartement. Il est situé dans une villa séparée en trois appartements totalement indépendants et au calme. Notre t3 était très agréable avec tout le confort souhaité (sauf la clim) et une décoration superbe et recherchée (bravo Mme TABOUR). Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et l'on se rend compte que les propriétaires souhaitent améliorer la qualité de leur location d'année en année. Un dernier point : l'accueil très sympa lors de notre arrivée. Bref A recommander sans aucune hésitation. A très bientôt
